Wahoo are the prize many anglers dream of - with their electric blue stripes and teeth that could shame a barracuda, hooking one of these is a real trophy moment. And let's not forget about the False Albacore, or "albies" - pound for pound, these might be some of the hardest fighting fish in the Gulf. Species You'll Want to Hook
